The government is responsible for all young people who are destroyed by drugs. There is no need. LSD can be more purified. Anybody who wants a drug experience under medical care should be given it. And I think that is the only way to take away the whole charm from drugs. Other drugs that you will get in Kabul, Manali, in Kathmandu, in Goa where you will get the real thing.
