Ego is basically that aspect of yourself that you consider you. So that is when you, I say your name and you think, Yeah, that’s me, that is ego. It’s hard to go in there and pull a strand out and create something that’s actually useful and something that’s going to get you a better level of performance. What happens is that through a rigorous training process, they have numbed down their ego so much that they dissolve it and they no longer have that boundary between themselves and the rest of the world. They feel a sense of oneness that we cannot even imagine.
