And then you get really, like, sad and depressed because nothing matters at all. and that feeling of like, oh, but then you’re like, oh, nothing matters. And you actually feel really free and happy because nothing matters. So the same thought that made you feel really sad also made you feel kind of like, b, b, b, b, b. And you realize that, oh, it’s not the thought that is the problem. It’s the way I think about the thought. Like, my perception of the thought is what’s actually driving the emotion around the thought. And then you’re like, wait, (did I eat an edible?)
